Mary-Kate Viall is an Associate Licensed Counselor and owner of The Nest Counseling, a practice offering individuals and couples a safe and supportive space for healing, growth, and empowerment. Her specialty areas include attachment work, relationship issues, anxiety, stress management, and navigating life changes. Mary-Kate is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), is Gottman Level 1 Certified, and is also certified in Prepare/Enrich, which helps couples strengthen and enrich their relationships. She is also receiving EMDR training and will be able to offer that service to her clients soon.
Mary-Kate practices under the supervision of Lacey Amos LPC-S and is currently accepting new clients in her private-pay practice. She offers in-person and telehealth daytime appointments and is also available one evening a week.
