Relationships don’t have to be so hard, and successful communication is possible! As a relational therapist, I have helped couples and families overcome all kinds of conflicts, and I can help you. In my office, we’ll create moments where insight transforms into confidence, and you’ll connect with one another in new ways.
Therapy really can be something to look forward to each week. An important part of my job is providing both insight and flexibility to create “aha” moments in creative ways. In my office you might paint, watch a cartoon, or even race office chairs to learn a new skill! I specialize in couple therapy and family therapy, and have extensive training in the unique needs of multi-person therapy sessions.
With couples, I support both partners in improving communication and increasing enjoyment of the relationship, with a specialty in couples impacted by ADHD, trauma or disability. My work with families empowers all family members to understand themselves and communicate effectively. Much of my work also focuses around ADHD, disability, and other life-impacting situations experienced in relationships.
I work to bring clinical excellence, intellectual honesty, and open-minded curiosity to every client. My clients already have the desire to heal and grow, so I’m not here to “fix” anyone. I’m here to optimize your efforts with new skills, ideas, and guidance that empowers you to take on challenges and be your authentic self. We’ll laugh and explore and walk through some hard things, and I will be here to help you continue to grow. You will understand yourself and others better as you create new opportunities for yourself and your relationships.
